Vitamin D- stay healthy this winter

Vitamin D helps keep our immune system functioning- it helps to stave off the flu and colds that plague the winter season. Vitamin D is most utilized when taken in by the sun rays as apposed to oral supplements. Our Vitamin D bed doesn't include the harmful UV rays of normal sunlight or tanning beds.
